As the Therapy Operations Manager I manage the PT, OT, ST departments as the in-house therapy provider for the six Peak Resources skilled nursing facilities in North Carolina. The facilities are located in: Carthage, Charlotte, Cherryville, Durham, Gastonia, and Shelby.We hire Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists along with Physical Therapy Assistants and Occupational Therapy Assistants to provide skilled care to our sub-acute and long term patients.
