The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. Crossfit ® is a training program based on constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. The training program at CrossFit 8000 is efficient and fun. Some of the training is done for quality, others as fast as possible or as many as possible during a certain time.Each training session is unique at CrossFit 8000 and is run by an experienced coach. He/she will take you through a good warmup and some mobility exercises to make sure the movements are done correctly and to avoid any possible injuries.The community at CrossFit 8000 is very strong and has been built through people working out together.
