Sunkay Associates is a wireless consulting firm that represents property owners that have existing wireless carriers (e.g., Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) or tower companies as tenants on their property. Sunkay also represents property owners who are interested in capturing new cell site revenues. Sunkay recognizes the value of these carriers to communities. They offer wireless coverage to their subscribers in a given area and, as tenants, pay significant monthly rents to property owners to locate their equipment on that property to provide this service. In addition, carriers are under tremendous time pressures to maintain and improve their network to meet growing consumer demand for improved wireless service and capacity. Sunkay understands and appreciates the role of the carrier in all types of wireless transactions. Although Sunkay always represents the interests of property owners – and we provide tremendous value in this capacity – we recognize both landlord and tenant need to reach agreement to execute any transaction. Sunkay therefore always seeks to negotiate a mutually beneficial deal when representing our clients. We believe strongly that we protect our clients' interests while also coming to fair terms with the tenant in any type of wireless transaction.
