We offer our clients a vast choice of products, as we understand each hotel has its own unique requirements.We also have a fully operational showroom and offices located in Zanzibar in support of our home base in Arusha both of which are augmented by our Procurement Office, Mercia Export Enterprises, situated in the United Kingdom. In addition to sourcing our requirements, this support operation also provides a comprehensive freight-forwarding and Customs documentation facility. Further, with their assistance we have the ability to handle orders where TIC exemptions may apply, regardless of the order size, big or small.
