Sunset Research is a boutique Clinical Research Organization (CRO) that is dedicated in providing quality research administrative support with experienced staff and great customer service. We, the company's co-founders, have a long track record of working with Principal Investigators, Study Sites, and Industry partners in academic healthcare setting. All of these parties can attest to our work ethic, production, professionalism, and accountability. We have extensive experience in the areas of Pediatrics, Pain Management, Critical Care Medicine, Pulmonology, and Anesthesiology. Through our hands-on experience in clinical research, we saw a need for a CRO service that provides concierge-style customer service to all parties, while maintaining excellent quality results in a timely manner. We aim to have a very close relationship with our clients and work collaboratively as a unit. At Sunset Research, we believe that providing effective and efficient results to clients requires consistent, solid, and competent staff members. For this reason, we are committed in providing highly qualified and experienced staff located in Southern California who are well trained and knowledgeable of the client's study population. We take pride in our Southern California roots, which make us more accessible to meet the region's client needs. With founding members in San Diego and Los Angeles, we can be on-site to solve problems the same day, which is a service no other CRO in Southern California can provide. We know that Principal Investigators and Sponsors want to spend their time on developing research concepts, writing, and clinical activities, and not be needlessly bogged down with administrative issues related to a research project. We value our clients' time, and will take care of these items, and only bring those to their attention that are necessary. We will solve problems, not create them.
