Suntex International LLC is an ISO 9001 approved manufacturer of specialty chemicals for the textile and re-cycle paper industry. Suntex International LLC was founded as a manufacturer of textile specialty finishing products for piece goods fabric preparation and also for garment dyeing and washing processes. This product line consists of specialty Scours, Detergents, Leveling Agents, Seqestrants, Softeners, Indigo Re-deposition Control, Anti Oxidizing Agents and Water Repellants. Our fabric preparation chemicals are designed for use in continuous preparation systems, jets, and becks in textile piece goods applications. Suntex International is recognized to have the most modern and effective desize and scouring system to effectively remove fabric residuals to < 0.3%. By utilizing proper chemistry, there are less defects and greater improvements to the durability and finished quality of the fabric. Additionally, Suntex International LLC manufactures the most technologically advanced chemicals for stickies as it pertains to recycled paper industry. Our complete line of specialty products for the re-cycle paper industry includes the well known No Tac 8000 and Sun Guard NS which are unique technology products for controlling "stickies" and wax deposits in re-cycle paper processing. The No Tac 8000 is proven to effectively reduce "stickies" by over 90% utilizing technology whereby "stickies" cannot stick to the cellulase or equipment areas such as the felts, wires and dry cans. The No Tac 8000 will significantly reduce breaks on the paper machine and back winder, helping the paper manufacturer with significantly reduced "down time" with proportionate increases in their production. Suntex International LLC has a fully equipped state of the art laboratory. This provides the necessary technical support to our process engineers and directly to our customer for problem solving as a Team Approach.
