Communicate and coordinate maintenance, restocking of supplies and more throughout the entire lifecycle of a rental(unlike Evolve who provides your info for guests after booking) 3. Have an on staff revenue manager combined with pricing tools to optimize your income4. Pay your occupancy taxes for bookings outside airbnb5. Don't lock you in and make you go under their Airbnb profilel(unlike Evolve and many others who make you go under their Airbnb profile) 6. Have folks that work in Shifts. Burnout is real in a 7 day a week business7. Have a screening framework. You don't want ANY guest8. Have the ability to change your lock code for EACH and every guest no matter what platform the book on9. Perform resolution management10. Utilize TRUST accounting. This is BIG! You don't want someone running off with your money!
