With combined decades of experience in the Electric Utility Industry, our leadership team speaks from first-hand field experiences.Salina Kansas Job: The scope of this project was to;-Identify and secure laydown yard-Establish layout and process flows for a laydown yard-Physically receive and unstuff sea containers-Perform inbound QA/QC and Visual inspections on product-Put product away in corresponding inventory location-Track on hand inventory via inventory management system-Pick tower orders per customers request-Organize and coordinate outbound flatbed logistics-Delivery to customer site Specific details of the project:-Located, secured, and prepped a 15 acre laydown yard site-Established yard layout-Negotiated and obtained contract for outbound logistics-Unloaded 430+ Ocean containers -Over 17,000,000 lbs of steel -Over 30,000 bundles of steel -Equating to 559 full lattice towersFor the kind of materials management you need on the ground to achieve critical milestones in the air, contact SES.
