We are a small maintenance, design/build service organization of the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA); working with investors/local buyers. We've remodeled over 64 properties in the area over the past 10 years, and are optimistic! Performing all duties, as a self-employed handyman. I Perform such tasks as designing, building and conducting commercial/residential structural repairs to fixtures, furniture, and other items requiring materials that include wood/metals, drywall, flooring substrates and cosmetic coverings for floors and walls. We also conduct plumbing and electrical device installations and diagnosis, to include repair or replacement of such systems. I'm Jeff Bratton, proprietor/owner and Graduate of Troy University. I majored in Resource and Technology Management, with a concentration on Business Finance and Accounting, graduating in July of 2009. I possess a plethora of management experience, with both personnel and tangible resources, to include management of military unit budgetary funds, and a working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).I Possess extensive knowledge of general, and software specific office automation practices. Working primarily with the Microsoft Office and UNIX software platforms, UNIX Personnel Management Databases and the Army's Civilian Personnel Management System (MODERN). I am also experienced as a large office manager while serving as a Personnel Actions Supervisor for several military organizations; both as a soldier and civil service employee; to include a stint as a US Army Recruiter! All of which serves to aide in providing our customers the absolute best customer service experience possible!
