Superlative Films is a fund and strategic partner for independent feature films and documentaries. Over the last 15 years, Founder Danielle Renfrew Behrens has pieced together the financing for a number of indie projects. Although the films were ultimately very successful, the process of raising money was extremely time-consuming and inefficient. This lead her to believe there was a real need for a one-stop shop to fund high quality, lower budget productions.Danielle gathered a group of like-minded investors and together they launched Superlative Films in January of 2016 to produce and finance feature films. Superlative is headquartered in Boulder, Colorado and specializes in independent fiction features and documentaries.
