Inviting Arab scientists, experts, and researchers in all fields and investing their energies, capabilities, and experiences in order to provide distinguished theoretical and practical services to all governmental, public and private institutions in the Arab countries and to the Arab people in accordance with modern international quality standards and contemporary technological methods. 2. Our Supreme Council aims to contribute to achieving sustainable development, improving the quality of life, Solidarity and accountability and increasing Arab digital content. 3. Our Supreme Council adopts the values of peace, positivity, mutual cooperation with all, (creativity, innovation, modernization, quality, Solidarity, accountability, synergy) in Arab countries and all over the world, as well as the International Community seeking/working to create an Arab community of informed, inspired, committed citizens engaged in confronting the challenges facing the world.
