Hospital & Health Care - Oshawa, Ontario, Canada
At SUREC, We offer an advanced and AI-based communication platform to hospitals and emergency medical teams. We provide a mobile phone app that records voice, video, and pictures of an accident scene and the conversation between the EMT and the patient. A paramedic wears the mobile phone in a front pocket of a vest. The App is enabled via voice command. The data is secured transferred to HIPAA-compliant cloud storage where the emergency room personnel may access it.If the patient's situation allows, the paramedic will attach an Apple Watch or an Android watch around the patient's wrist. SUREC's App will automatically connect to the wearable and collect and transmit the patient's vital signs. The vital signs data collection and transmission will occur in the background while the App may be recording voice and video. The watches that collect the vital signs are properties of the ambulance service provider or the emergency medical team. SUREC supplies one watch that is compatible with iOS and Android operating systems at the cost to the clients. Any additional watches will be offered at a 5% markup to cover set up expenses. Our application is also downloaded on a computer terminal at the emergency room, where a triage nurse may monitor the progress of bringing a patient to the emergency room. Our AI-based software will collect key phrases and will assign a severity to the key phrase. For example, a head injury or a heart attack may be given a severity level of 1.The App will communicate to find the nearest emergency room that has room to accept the patient. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, most emergency room beds have been taken by impacted patients. Therefore, our App will become a valuable resource in finding the closest emergency room with the capacity that can treat the patient.
