Suriname College of Accountancy (SCA) was founded in 2006 as a foundation to contribute and to fulfill the need for financial professionals in Suriname.SCA is the official tuition provider for the following international educational bodies: - Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) to become a Certified Chartered Accountant (ACCA) or a Certified Accounting Technician (CAT)- Nederlandse Instituut voor Efficiency (NIVE opleidingen) to become a Qualified Treasures a Qualified Controller- ISACA to become a Certified Information Systems AuditorSCA has recognition by the Surinamese Accreditation body, established by the Ministry of Education and Community Development in Suriname. We aim to join knowledge with other local educational bodies to monitor the quality of accountancy education and improve industrial practices. The Suriname Association of Chartered Accountants (SUVA) also recognizes the qualifications provided by SCA.We hope that you will recognize our goal of knowledge sharing and our goal to actively disseminate ‘what we know and do best' to our society. Our lecturers share the same philosophy and aim to strengthen business organizations and the government with their intellectual contributions. Our social contribution is to provide tuition on the highest level of education, mainly post-bachelor qualifications, forming the financial professionals in the field of accountancy and finance.
