Since 1978, we have played an integral role in brokering the iconic deals that define some of the city's most exciting and culturally significant neighborhoods. From our beginning in Soho, where we played a major role in establishing the now prominent neighborhood by bringing in prestigious brands such as Dean and Deluca, the Rug Company, and Paul Smith, we went on to expand our reach throughout Manhattan and across the US. We placed Soho staple Morgane Le Fay in their Madison Avenue location, and secured Lisa Perry her flagship store at 980 Madison. Susan Penzner Real Estate has established long-term relationships with both national and international tenants, notably expanding Paul Smith's presence in the US to Soho, San Francisco, and Los Angeles, and representing the Dominique Lévy and Emmanuel Perrotin Galleries in their move to 909 Madison.
