Sussed and Able, aims to move organisations beyond consultation and listening to a position of a deep understanding of the underlying issues and problems. We believe that the best way to address a problem is to gain a good shared understanding of it. We support organisations to explore problems and move to the point of clear, impactful ways forwards from ‘tweaks' to ‘transformations'. At every step of this process, we are committed to amplifying the voice of children, young people and families, including those who are underrepresented.
