We are a group of 4th Year MEng Students at the University of Sussex, for our final year project we are aiming to build and race a Wind-Powered Vehicle (WPV).The team has set its sights on competing in the Racing Aeolus 2021 competition, one of the four largest sustainability races in the world. The competition requires us to build and race a wind powered vehicle. The competition is held in Den Helder, Holland. The race comprises of a 500m drag race, with the aim to achieve the greatest possible speed when driving into the wind. We are looking for a number of sponsorships to help us build our most successful vehicle to date.
