The Sustain Board Game has gamified the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals in a captivating and competitive way with the goal of increasing recognition and understanding of the United Nation's Sustainable Development Goals and what it will take to achieve them. We also hope to teach students the importance of collaboration between nations in order to achieve the goals, illustrate how island nations and nations of lower socioeconomic and development status will be disproportionally effected by climate changeand explain real examples of change that are currently being implemented around the world. By doing so we hope to empower students to feel confident in their knowledge about the SDG's and be able to be advocates for them and for the world in their own communities
