MissionSWIFT strives to contribute towards the development of the modern and sustainable technologies in the areas of Water Supply, Irrigation and Energy Supply in Malawi through provision of high quality services in the industry. SWIFT's long-term aspirations are to become a flag carrier in the promotion of sustainable water, energy and irrigation technologies for both local and international clients. ServicesSWIFT's core business activities are well articulated in its mission statement. However, some of the activities being currently done include but not limited to:• Construction, funding and management of Solar Powered Water Reverse Osmosis Desalination, Treatment and Pumping plants• Borehole drilling and construction of sustainable groundwater systems• Installation of solar pumping systems• Development of large scale projects in water, energy and irrigation sectors• Promotion of sustainable or clean energy technologies through distribution• Installation of overhead tanks/ water reservoirs in institutions such as clinics and schools mainly in the rural areas• Designing and installation of solar powered irrigation systems• Development of irrigation schemes for crop production• Offering consultancy services on water energy and agricultural related issues
