Literally the bearer of string, but also a narrator of stories in the world of classical Sanskrit, a Sutradhaar is the one who takes us towards our ancestral wisdom. The one who unearths and illuminates what we have forgotten. This is where we return to our roots and rituals. The stories are told in one voice. The stories are told in many voices. Because cultural knowledge is a shared heritage and we are all keepers and inheritors and messengers of that knowledge. We are all Sutradhaar.Visualized with an intention to bridge the gap and connect the missing links in the Development Sector, we at Sutradhaar focus our collective energies and experience to support and enhance the intentions of our partners. Connecting the dots, bringing the best of Social methods, tools, technologies & mind to aid the solutions our partners are engaged in, while helping develop a deeper connection with communities at the grassroots. Communities are at the heart of all that we do. We engage consistently through deep listening and being mindful about the dreams / the most essential emergent needs, the intelligence and knowledge that exists at the heart of these communities, to ensure that the right solutions emerge through a collaborative and participative approach. We are a sector, cause and geography agnostic organization and the solutions that emerge are not just deeply rooted in the Indigenous Knowledge & Ancestral Wisdom, but we balanced it by bringing together best practices that Science & technology might have to offer and in the best interest of those receiving it.
