Our physicians and APC's receive a very competitive compensation and benefits package. Clinicians are eligible to be shareholders after two years of employment. As a shareholder, clinicians are able to influence the direction and strategy of SEBMG through participation in committees at their hospital, practice site, or as part of the Board of the medical group. SEBMG leadership is constantly exploring ways to improve the operational effectiveness of clinician practices as well as ways in which we can help our clinicians connect with each other and develop meaningful relationships with staff, patients, and colleagues.
