Leveraging HR experience across tech (early and late stage), management consulting and finance, I help to set critical best practices that allow cultures to scale and give founders their time back.My approach is to deeply partner with leaders to create solutions that their company needs in a way that fits with the team/culture. It's my view that a core set of frameworks and principles drive a majority of People effectiveness and I accomplish this through a combo of project-based work and embedded and on-demand coaching/partnership.
