There are six special places to stay, three are open year round, three are entirely off grid and are open April - October.If you're after an off grid adventure, choose from two cosy wooden cabins, known as Wood and Penfold, both perfectly positioned for privacy at the bottom of a hillside field. Or there's Meadow Keeper's Cottage a genuine one-off, hand-built by local craftsmen using locally-sourced timber and nestled between two flower meadows. If you prefer a few more luxuries then there's Woodcutter's Cottage - a timber clad cabin, or The Long View - a luxury shepherds hut with amazing views across the meadows, or The Roundhouse - a couple's retreat in our wood. Each of these three spaces also has a wood fired hot tub.Whichever you choose, slow living is the order of the day. The accommodation spaces are all exceptionally well equipped so your stay is a comfortable as possible.Sustainability is at the heart of everything we do - from our conservation work, our accommodation, the suppliers we use, and every aspect of running our business.
