Swan Fabricators (WA) Pty Ltd is one of Western Australia's leading fabricators, with over 30 years of experience in steel fabrication. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional steel design and fabrication services, and have extensive experience delivering customised solutions on time and within budget. Our team includes indentured tradesman, coded welders, press and roll operators, projects managers, and qualified draftsmen. The Swan Fabricators workshop is based in Kewdale and fully equipped with two 5 tonne and one 10 tonne overhead cranes. In-house capabilities include fabrication and welding (AS 1554.1-6 and AS 3992), arc air gouging, pipe spooling, profile cutting, plate development, pressing, rolling, cropping and punching. Site measure and installation, 3D drafting and design, NDT, hazardous area classification, gas inspection, and full painting and galvanising services are also available. Our capabilities ensure we are able to meet any request and are not restricted by supplier lists or vendor constraints.Recent Projects: lime tanks 6000 x 5000 diameter with access stairs, power house gas pipeline upgrade, MCC distribution bases, off-shore gantry crane, hoppers ceramic lined , stair case and tower, 10,000 PSI pipe fitment fabrication 100% x-ray, and transport frame solutions.Our business philosophy is more than customer satisfaction; we support apprenticeships and invest in our staff by providing multidisciplinary training, we build long-term partnerships with our clients and suppliers, we support local industries and donate to reputable charities, and above all, provide a safe working environment and maintain compliance in all aspects of our operations.
