Swarasta is a SAAS offering to optimize last mile logistics in India.Last mile delivery in India is very challenging and adds a huge cost overhead (40-50% in an e-commerce delivery). Poor addressing, unmarked neighborhoods, unpredictable infrastructure, language and cultural diversity, poorly executed customer communication, attrition rates amongst delivery personnel and higher than acceptable delivery retries are some of the many challenges on the path to an effective last mile delivery in India.
