SWAT Fitness Club is privately owned by three women who are passionate about the mission of the business and have a one and one relationship with most members due to their daily interaction. The club's mission is to provide the means, expertise, motivation, and atmosphere that will enable people of all fitness levels the ability to achieve their individual fitness goals and have a sense of belonging. SWAT Fitness Club offers a full range of Les Mills group fitness classes, including BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyFlow, BodyVive, BodyAttack, CXWorks & RPM. In addition, SWAT Fitness Club offers yoga, Pilates, SilverSneakers and YogaStretch. There are over 60 opportunities on the schedule to join a class each week and are completely FREE to members. SWAT Fitness Club has over 26,000 sq. ft. of free weights and cardio equipment, which includes Stairmasters, Cybex ARC Trainers, stationary bikes, treadmills, TRX, Kettlebells, and a cardio theater.
