SWEAT OUTDOORS was created to cater to a growing population of people desiring to get out of the gym and workout outdoors. Our workouts take place at many of our local parks, beaches and trails. By getting outdoors and leaving the filthy, smelly, recycled air and people watching gym scene behind, you will develop a fitter, functional body and a healthier mind.Since SWEAT's inception date in 2011, we have not only created an amazing workout program, but we have created a dynamic community of local businesses and individuals that share the same goal.Our outdoor workout program can be modified to anyone's fitness levels. Each workout is geared for the beginning exerciser, weekend warrior and even the elite athlete. There's no form of intimidation since we can divide each class into separate fitness levels. We strongly encourage participants to push themselves, but to know their own limits and stay within those limits to prevent injury.Our trainers have been hand selected and trained to the industry's highest standards. They will provide you with an invigorating, full body workout with very little equipment and a plethora of creativity. We alternate our workouts between cardio drills, resistance moves, plyometrics, core and balance work. We have graciously received the "Stamp of Approval" by many physical therapists and fitness experts as a safer workout due to our diligence on proper form and technique. To successfully ensure this, we staff each workout accordingly based on the number of attendees.We guarantee a total body training program every time you show up.
