Born and raised in the Colorado Rocky Mountains, owner Ryan Wood, returned to his roots in Steamboat Springs after founding the performance apparel giant Under Armour in Baltimore, MD. Sweetwood began as a Small Family Cattle Ranch on the banks of the Elk River supplying beef to restaurants in Steamboat Springs, evolving quickly into a Full Range of Slow Smoked, All-Natural Meat Snacks sold all over the Country. From the start, Sweetwood has always believed in using only the Highest Quality Meats, Freshest All-Natural Ingredients and Home Grown American Hickory Wood to smoke the best Meat Snacks available anywhere.We continue to draw inspiration from our High-Altitude Headquarters in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
