Swiftflow is a complete property maintenance service, founded in 2002 by entrepreneurs and long-standing friends Rob Wicker and Graham Williams. With a dedicated team of engineers, we service residential, commercial and industrial clients; twenty-four hours a day, 365 days a year. We provide heating, plumbing, drainage, electrical, carpentry, air-conditioning and solar energy services. Whether it's an emergency call-out to fix a leak at a private address; or a major install for some of the capital's leading property management companies, restaurants and retail businesses - we can do it. We're reliable, honest, efficient and professional. A carbon-neutral property maintenance company in the capital, we're heavily committed to using the latest techniques and technologies to help the environment: we endeavour to recycle all office and business waste, currently 85% though we continually look to improve this. Our vehicles are hugely energy-efficient , we've reduced our carbon footprint by 35% in the past eighteen months alone, and we've been recognised as one of the city's greenest companies by the Mayor.
