Swiss Hockey, bis 2015 Schweizerischer Landhockeyverband (franz. Fédération Suisse de Hockey sur Gazon, ital. Lega Svizzera di Hockey su Prato) ist der nationale Spitzenverband für Feld- und Hallenhockey und seit der 119. Generalversammlung für Hockey5's in der Schweiz. Er wurde am 7. Dezember 1919 in Zürich gegründet, hat seinen Sitz in Horw und ist Mitglied des Internationalen Hockey-Verbandes (FIH), des Europäischen Hockey-Verbandes (EHF) und der Swiss Olympic Association (SOA). Seit 1920 wird eine nationale Meisterschaft ausgetragen.
