Swiss Water Partnership Details
The idea of the Swiss Water Partnership is to create an independent, value-based platform that brings together over 75 members from the Swiss academic, civil society, public and private spheres. It builds on the understanding that stakeholders from all sectors must work together in order to address current water challenges. SWP members are based in Switzerland and have field offices or local partners in other countries across the world. The Swiss Water Partnership intends to develop and implement innovative cross-sectoral high quality solutions for a water-secure world for all. This is done by giving the possibility to the members to learn from each other and reinforcing good practices; share internationally their ideas, innovations and knowledge; and by informing national and international policy processes and program designs.
