Green2Grow within SWITCH Africa Green aims to reduce the environmental footprint of Kenyan Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in agribusiness, with specific regards to mango, coffee and dairy sectors, while strengthening their ability to compete in local and international markets. Throughout the project, MSMEs will adopt Sustainable Consumption and Production practices (SCPs) that will enhance their competitive advantage and will have a positive impact on the efficiency of their business model as well as the quality of their produce. The purpose of the new approach is to transition MSMEs from traditional practices towards an inclusive green economy, based on SCPs patterns, while generating economic and social development, creating jobs and reducing poverty.
