In a world where an increasing number of media groups operate with private interest, many outlets fail to convey information in a truthful, simple and informative way. Sydney Youth Publications (SYP) is a not-for-profit organisation, fully comprised of high-school students, all driven by an urge to explore, uncover and analyse the shifting geopolitical landscape. As an organisation, we aim to introduce primary school students (Year 5-6) to current affair issues. Specifically, by operating under a neutral perspective we strive to educate students about the importance of these issues and give them the opportunity and resources, to form and voice their own opinion.
