Symbiosis Alzheimer's Support Details
Symbiosis is an award winning start-up project formed in 2012 by four electrical engineering students, aiming at helping those suffering from Alzheimer's disease; the patients, their families and their doctors. \\Our belief has always been that technology can improve Alzheimer's patients quality of life by being an intermediary, adapting the environment to their needs. Partnering with the Greek Association of Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders and being supported by Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Angelopoulos Foundation and Business Association of Stanford Entrepreneurial Students (BASES), led us to a successful large scale pilot study with promising results. \\The project is currently inactive.
