Our coaching aims at aligning and simplifying complexity of matrix organization using purpose, impact and learning. We coach organizations, teams, relationships and individuals with the posture of systemic coach or trainer/coach. Our coaching simultaneously impacts strategic content, organizational effectiveness and culture alignment. We designed SWITTCH, an organization coaching method for companies willing to step into sustainability and circular economy.We help clarify and formalize your mission, vision and strategic plan with this line of conduct: alignment and simplification by meaning and impact.Elaborating your strategic plan, is the opportunity to develop a cooperative, impact oriented and responsible management culture. During this phase, we help you build the foundations for this responsible, cooperative and learning management culture. Teleworking, cooperation, empowerment and project mode are part and parcel of the new ingredients you will be able to offer to the digital natives. During the transformation or implementation phases of a new organization, we also offer training actions to build learning organizations (factor of longevity and resilience) and harmonize the reading grid of interpersonal relationships (factor of solidarity and acknowledgement). 3 training courses are offered on cycles of 1 to 3 days inter or intra: • Leadership in 5D, • Appreciative inquiry • Constructive communication.
