Synbra Holding - A market based organisation structure.Synbra consists of a holding company and four clusters, which are active in the fields of construction and packaging and in the production of raw materials and recycling. One of the reasons for Synbra's innovative strength is that we have geographically positioned ourselves very close to our markets. As a whole the group employs 900 people and has about 15 production locations in the Netherlands, Germany, Denmark and Portugal. Plants are situated locally to customers and are managed by local experts. This market oriented ‘local approach' keeps us in close touch with our markets on a daily basis. Thinking globally, acting locally, enables us to anticipate and react rapidly to developments in local markets and to improve our product ranges via an open and constructive dialogue with our customers. These positive interactions have resulted in many of our innovations throughout the years.
