Sync.Today do the boring magic of task, calendar and document synchronization.If you have more than one device or use more than one online calendar service, to-do list or CRM, you need synchronization.The problemCustomers are using several different devices (a smartphone, a laptop, a tablet) and those devices are connected to different systems (CRM, ERP, company mail server, shared calendar). The devices all contain contacts, meetings, tasks and important documents. To trust them and to be able to react based on the information presented, all those information need to be current no matter where they were created or modified.Our solutionWe build synchronization system that can be run on our servers, your servers, cloud servers or on a customer computer. The information are synchronized even when the customer is not using a personal computer. If there are conflicts, those can be solved without asking the person who entered them and consistently through the company.How it works?The synchronization system has different connectors to connect to different systems. The information about how different e.g. tasks are related to each other is stored in a separate database, but may be also presented to the end user, if needed. The synchronization algorithm synchronizes all the information and is responsible for distributing changes. The synchronization administrator is kept informed about all the issues. The end user can control the synchronization through the web interface or using e.g. categories in Microsoft Outlook.Who can benefit from the synchronization?Everyone who needs the precise information available anywhere on any device. Not only calendar meetings, but e.g. customer revenue in Outlook contact.Also if tasks or events are created automatically, the users can use their favorite application to be notified without the need to open the other system (e.g. ERP).
