Synergy Composites Ltd is an innovative company specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke composite components for some of the world's most demanding industrial environments. Synergy has built up a wealth of experience working in partnership with clients in the aerospace, automotive, renewable energy and the leisure industry.Synergy Composites is unique in the way that it approaches its method of working in that we are leaders in turning a vision into reality, using six sigma and other specialised process improvement techniques.We specialise in the following processes:• Traditional advanced composite hand lay-up• Autoclave curing• Out-of-Autoclave curing• RTM and VaRTM• Composite machining We have in-house capabilities which include:• Design of component and structures• Design of associated toolingSynergy aims to provide the complete solution to our customers. Our focus is to develop new methods of manufacturing which aim to reduce lay-up and cure times, whilst using out-of-autoclave techniques, which in turn will consistently provide a more cost effective composite component. We continually add innovative new processes to our portfolio which anticipate the requirements of our customers.
