Established in 1993, we provide management training and development services to companies across the world. We use our passion for learning to inspire:* trainers to work in new, intuitive ways* businesses to invest in and engage with their employees* people to develop themselves, and increase their self-awareness Our vision from the beginning has been "to put learning at the heart of the organisation". We focus on providing delegates with practical skills and the support they need to apply these when back in the workplace. To achieve this, courses include a variety of ‘hands on' exercises to ensure delegates have a chance to practice the skills learnt before returning to their roles, along with post-training coaching sessions to provide them with support in implementing the learning.
