SYSCOM provides a wide range of products and services to the IT market of the country. However, these are constantly being innovated and improved upon and enhanced to suit customer requirements. We outline below our role in providing outsourced services on behalf of two major partners:SWIFT SERVICE BUREAU: In August 2005, we were awarded the contract for outsourced marketing/support services by Xchanging Solutions Limited, India for providing SWIFT Service Bureau services in Bangladesh. Till date 36 Banks (out of 44) are using these services as our customers!OUTSOURCING SERVICE: In view of our sustained experience in providing high quality service and support for the products we promote, to a broad spectrum of customers, SYSCOM is poised to launch outsourcing as a service in Bangladesh. Recognizing the fact that outsourcing has proved to be a differentiating factor for companies, offering cost, time and quality advantages, it is becoming a practice to look for companies that can provide expertise in latest technology, rapid deployment and lower costs for services related to IT support. We believe that offering outsourcing services will be a very challenging business opportunity for SYSCOM over the next 5-year period. We are drawing on our service/support experiences, dating back to 1994, to offer and deliver specially packaged service/support offering, customized to specific customer environments.
