Syzygy Dance Project (SDP) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to facilitating positive change and transformation to all through dance. Our programs focus on working with veterans, incarcerated people, recovering addicts, and at-risk youth to use movement and creative expression to deepen self-awareness, empowerment, and the ability to manage and heal from significant life challenges. Since the creation of SDP in 2010, we have grown to 10 ongoing outreach movement programs and have provided 700 classes to over 1,500 people.
