Founded and run by Chaitali Raizada, Taantraa is a radical baking venture run from home. Chaitali treats her baking as an ongoing mission to promote healthy and delicious eating. Taantraa bakes do not use any maida, sugar, preservatives, colors, nature-identical substances. Rather they are made using almond flour, nuts, seeds, millets etc to conjure up innovative, healthy and delicious bakes. Chaitali does NOT cosmetically dress up her cakes with whipped cream or sugar: that's completely against her philosophy.
