TAASK: Team training in Anesthetic Acute Situations and Crises.TAASK Masterclass is an advanced three day course for anesthesiologists, anesthetic technicians and nurse anaesthetists. Leadership, communication and technical skills are improved by taking part in and observing simulated crisis situations.Since the first TAASK Masterclass in 2013, the course has been run over 30 times at seven centers, and been attended by more than 540 participants. It is consequently one of the most popular courses in Sweden and has become an essential part of anaesthetic training. It is increasingly also attended by specialist anesthesiologists who acknowledge the course's outstanding value in improving one's non-technical and technical skills.
