Tablo is a small company that is dedicated to bringing innovation to the market of psychological testing forn HR. Its main focus is to develop computer games who monitor "play" behavior and make conclusions on relevant skills. Tablo makes taylor-made tests for organisations and believes very strongly in the added value of dedicated testing. Tablo sees a great future for these games as they offer a solution for the language discrimination problem that will present it self when candidates from other EU countries, speaking other languages, will be tested with existing language based personality tests and intelligence tests.
