We are a fast food Mexican restaurant chain headquartered in Laredo, TX. We come from a very well known family of restaurants in South Texas, which include Pollo Palenque, Palenque Grill, and Taco Palenque. Originally founded by the family that started Pollo Loco, a chain of over 100 stores in Mexico and the now independetly owned and operated stores in the US. Taco Palenque now serves most of the South Texas region and expanding to Austin (2011) and Houston (2010).
