We assist organisations in developing their strategies, from organisational strategies to operational/unit/departmental strategies. To ensure that these strategies are implemented, properly developed processes are utilised. All processes are clearly mapped, improved and new process developed and ensuring that everyone understands and adheres to them. Internal audit assures that business processes have all controls needed, and are working effectively. Internal audit will also identify risks associated with these processes. In additional it will identify risks associated with operations, employees, legislation compliance and governance. The risk management processes will enable quantification of risks, identification of risk owners, creation of sub-tasks to mitigate the risks and identification of risk mitigation strategies. Our accounting and financial reporting function will ensure accurate recording and reporting of all financial matters.
