TAG Restaurant Group (TRG) is a Denver-based restaurant collection founded by Chef Troy Guard. Beginning in 2009 with a continentally-charged restaurant located on Denver's historic Larimer Square, TRG has evolved into a culinary powerhouse, garnering both local and national attention and accolades along the way.TRG currently operates eight concepts over twelve locations in Denver metro area, and will extend their footprint this fall to include Houston: TAG (established 2009), TAG Burger Bar (est. 2012), Los Chingones (four locations), Guard and Grace Denver and Houston, Bubu (three locations), HashTAG (est. 2017), FNG (est. 2017), and Grange Hall ( coming fall 2021).TAG Restaurant Group strives to shake up your typical dining by offering immersive culinary experiences that are deeply-rooted in and inspired by Chef Troy's life and travels.
