The main target of the Company is to provide Russian and foreign producers of automotive components, overall castings, woodstove castings, pump castings, hydraulic valves and many others with quality castings in compliance with localization program. - Complete supply of DISA 131Z Vertical Flaskless Molding Line, shotblast cleaning by Wheelabrator, induction furnaces and automatic pouring unit; - Casting dimensions shall be 450x600x250 mm (about), weight up to 40 kg each; - Production capacity: 18 000 up to 24 000 tons per year; material: grey iron and ductile iron; - There is a possibility of producing complicated castings with cores; - The equipment shall be supplied for installation in September 2014; - The production startup is scheduled for December 2014; - The production startup engineering and application support will be provided by DISA Industries A/S (Denmark).
