It is an advisory firm, specializing in regulatory advisory and compliance services in the areas of commercial, financial and business law and practice in Egypt. The Firm was established in 1990 as a highly specialized firm in various litigation and arbitration matters. In 2009, the Firm was restructured with a new vision of providing first-rate quality legal services to a broad base of multinational and regional clients. Although the Firm has recently restructured to provide professional legal services in different business fields, the firm achieved major accomplishments and reached high results in closing successful major transactions.As we go beyond opening doors, working alongside our clients to help navigate challenging markets, solve problems and implement strategies to manage risk; the Firm has decided to redesign its organization into a full-fledged Advisory Firm with an all-inclusive client-focused service provider into a Consulting firm, specializing in regulatory advisory and compliance services in the areas of commercial, financial and business law practice in Egypt and beyond.The Firm has been involved in major transactions taking place in Egypt, including many of the Project Finance and Mergers and acquisitions executed in Egypt on behalf of sellers or buyers and negotiating major concession contracts (PPP or BOT) on behalf of the government and private sector.The Firm successfully reached settlements of major disputes between investors and government and acted as deal maker between different market players reaching win-win agreements.The Firm is proud to have won various awards in legal services providers such as "Awarded the best OIL AND GAS FIRM IN EGYPT OF THE YEAR 2014, by "Worldwide Financial Adviser Awards Magazine".
