TAISO Gymnastics Training Centre is a non-profit amateur sports organization run by a volunteer Board of Directors. Our philosophy at TAISO is that gymnastics is for everyone - for those who want the physical enjoyment gymnastics offers; and for the serious competitive gymnast. Although our competitive team consists of strictly female gymnasts, we proudly offer men's gymnastics at the preschool, school-age, and intermediate/pre-competitive level. All instructors are properly certified in the NCCP program as well as in First Aid, and are paid employees of TAISO.
