Location: We are located in famous "hometown of mold" – Huangyan, Taizhou , Zhejiang province Founded in 2003, Huangyan DIAN mould company mainly produce stamping die for automotive covering parts (sheet metal). We have a 4000 square meters die workshop. Our die workshop has 110 employees and 35 of them are die designer and technician. The annual producing capacity can reach 2000 sets of middle and small size dies, and annual die turnover is about RMB 50 million. We using CAD/CAM/CAE/UG/CATIA/AUTOFORM/ technology to design dies according to Japanese standard, and have got ISO9001:2000 certificate. We export mould more than 20 countries , clients include Dongfeng Motor Corporation(second largest automotive manufacturer in China), Suzuki, Toyota, HongDa, USA Magna, Great wall, Cherry, Geely, etc. In October of 2013, we establish XUHUI automotive parts CO.,LTD with 6000 square meters Press workshop to produce big, medium and small size automotive stamping parts. Press stamping workshop are working 24 hours for one day. There are 35 pcs stamping press machines with capacity from 60T to 1000T, suspension conjoined spot welding machines , convex welding machine, bending machine, and shearing machine. Currently we are supply products to Domestic Dongfeng motor Co, Suzuki, Zotye etc., also export production 5 countries.
